Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks an experienced Leak Repair Technician to lead and perform leak repair operations, ensuring safety and quality on client sites.

The role involves assessing leaks, planning repairs, and executing techniques such as drill and tap, wire and band, and enclosure installation in refinery or plant environments. The position requires readiness to travel to multiple sites, adherence to safety procedures, and documentation of all activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Technical school, industry training, or relevant training preferred.
• One or more years of experience preferred.
• Driving license and TWIC card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety procedures and complete job documentation.
• Assess leaking components and report findings to supervision and engineering.
• Lead leak repair operations following company processes and technician certification, using techniques such as drill and tap, wire and band, clamp and enclosure installation, and component measurements.
• Attend required training to maintain competence and improve skills.
• Identify circumstances requiring safety procedures and equipment usage.
• Document all service activities as required.
