Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to interpret plumbing systems and identify sources of water loss
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile software for documentation

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time with a plan for each service call.
• Locate residential water leaks using leak detection equipment and proven diagnostic techniques.
• Inspect plumbing systems for hidden leaks, slab leaks, sewer leaks, water line issues, codes, and other concerns.
• Perform non-invasive diagnostics to identify leak sources and system malfunctions.
• Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and repair recommendations.
• Complete plumbing repairs including replacing seals and installing water heaters and fixtures.
• Clear drains and blockages using specialized tools.
• Document inspection results and recommendations using mobile technology.
• Follow safety standards and local codes to protect people and property.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every service call.
