LeafFilter Gutters and Gutter Protection

Our team seeks motivated sales professionals to join our successful sales force in the home improvement industry. Sales consultants conduct pre‑scheduled appointments in residential homes, presenting product demonstrations and helping homeowners make same‑day decisions on gutter protection needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Travel to pre‑qualified appointments with homeowners across the greater Metro area.
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in‑home consultations.
• Follow a value‑based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity.
• Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required).
• Can lift and carry 20‑60 lbs of sample materials (required).
• Proficient with iPad applications (required).
• Previous outside sales experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Compensation

• Uncapped, full commission structure; current consultants earn $80,000-$220,000+.

Schedule
