Primary Responsibilities

• Travel to pre‑qualified appointments with homeowners across the greater Metro area.
• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in‑home consultations.
• Follow a value‑based selling process emphasizing honesty and integrity.
• Attend training sessions and regular sales meetings.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required).
• Can lift and carry 20‑60 lbs of sample materials (required).
• Proficient with iPad applications (required).
• Previous outside sales experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close the sale.

Compensation

• Uncapped, full commission structure; current consultants earn $80,000-$220,000+.

Schedule
