Job summary

Hudson Valley Lighting Group seeks a Leads Manager to oversee end-to-end lead lifecycle across channels, collaborating with marketing, sales and business development to maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects.

This onsite role in Wappingers Falls, NY requires strong initiative, communication, and a passion for interior design; you’ll manage inbound/outbound activities, lead scoring, CRM hygiene, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; CRM experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and prioritize all incoming leads from multiple sources.
• Respond to and follow up with leads promptly and consistently.
• Implement and optimize lead scoring models to identify high-value opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on sales-readiness and alignment with HVLG’s target customer profiles.
• Maintain clean and up-to-date data in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
• Coordinate onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs as needed.
• Drive lead-to-account conversion and support newly onboarded clients through training and engagement.
