Salary Range: $34.00 To $37.50 Hourly

About the Role:

The Leadman in the construction industry plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This position serves as the primary point of contact between management and the workforce, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow. The Leadman is responsible for supervising crews, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress while maintaining high standards of quality and safety compliance. They also assist in planning resource allocation, troubleshooting on-site issues, and supporting training and development of team members. Ultimately, the Leadman ensures that construction activities align with project specifications and company policies, contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and equipment operation.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in construction safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
  • Experience with project management software and digital communication tools.
