The candidate will handle complex cases, conduct thorough research, draft memoranda and briefs, and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategic solutions while maintaining meticulous case files and meeting deadlines.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of experience in sophisticated commercial bankruptcy practice.
• Demonstrated experience in both litigation and transactional aspects of financial restructuring.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration as a team player.
• Proven aptitude for client contact and managing professional relationships.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of detail orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex commercial bankruptcy cases, including both contentious litigation and transactional restructuring matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, briefs, and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop strategic solutions for clients.
• Maintain detailed case files and ensure strict adherence to procedural deadlines and court requirements.
