Lexitas Legal has a Top-Tier AmLaw 100 Firm seeking a Cybersecurity, Privacy & AI Associate (2–7 Years)

This is a standout opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners in the field on cutting-edge matters spanning data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging AI regulation. The team advises global clients on complex, high-stakes issues, including regulatory compliance, product counseling, incident response, and privacy-driven litigation, as well as supporting major M&A and commercial transactions.

The practice is known for handling high-profile data breach investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, and precedent-setting litigation, while also advising on forward-looking issues such as AI governance and data strategy.

Experience

• 2–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, privacy, and/or technology law
• Strong experience advising on U.S. privacy laws and regulatory frameworks
• Experience supporting M&A, financings, and commercial transactions (data/privacy diligence)
• Familiarity with global privacy regimes (e.g., GDPR/UK GDPR, cross-border data transfers)
• Exposure to AI/ML, biometrics, or data-driven technologies is a plus
• Experience with incident response and regulatory investigations (FTC, SEC, state AGs, etc.) preferred
• Large law firm experience required

Compensation

Starting at $310,000+, commensurate with experience
