Saxbys in Philadelphia combines cafe operations with an experiential learning platform. As Senior Leadership Training Manager you will lead a team of 6+ Leadership Training Specialists, drive Grand Openings from the ground up, and ensure readiness at cafe level.

You will own Development Pod documentation, coordinate SCEO Camp execution, and oversee guest recovery within Zendesk while upholding Saxbys culture and brand standards across locations. Hybrid role with travel.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-person training or ops team.
• Proven ability to manage Grand Openings and events.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% with valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of 6+ Leadership Training Specialists and conduct 1:1s.
• Own Grand Opening execution and cafe setup.
• Develop and manage Development Pod documentation and plans.
• Plan and execute SCEO Camps with budgeting/travel logistics.
• Oversee guest recovery tickets via Zendesk and ensure 24-hour standards.
