Padnos in Michigan seeks candidates for a management trainee program designed to develop future leaders. The role puts you into a leadership program with rotations across different areas to gain a full understanding of the business, with a schedule of Tuesday to Saturday.

You will train on operations, safety, quality, and inventory controls, mentor teams, and learn metal types and pricing as you prepare to lead and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or management experience required.
• Two years of experience in a construction or facilities environment.
• Strong skill set for customer service and communication.

Responsabilités

• Move through different areas of the company to gain varied experience.
• Train to understand the business, industry, and metal types & pricing.
• Lead and supervise employees, ensuring productivity, profitability, quality and safety.
• Inspect incoming project materials and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Develop and communicate department goals and assist operations with needs.
