Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership from the ground up.
• Engage in outside sales activities and build customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on sales management and operational projects.
• Access executive leadership seminars and divisional summits for development.
