Crew Carwash in Wisconsin is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop leadership skills while maintaining safety and service excellence. You’ll model our values, guide a team, and oversee front-line operations in a fast-paced environment.

We offer $47,000 - $63,000 per year with incentive pay, Paid Time Off, 6 holidays, daily pay options, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, and generous growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days/week with opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Ability to hustle with urgency.
• Able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, or jump.
• Push/pull drums and materials with equipment.
• Work safely near moving mechanical parts.
• Climb ladders, scaffolds, platforms.
• Lift/move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Operate electronic devices.
• Work in all weather conditions.
