Crew Carwash in Wisconsin is offering a Fast-Track Manager in Training, an entry path to leadership where you'll learn to lead operations, model safety, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop teams while working in a fast-paced environment.

The position comes with a salary of $47,000 to $63,000 per year plus incentive pay, paid time off, holidays, daily pay options, tuition reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401K with company

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
