Crew Carwash in Wisconsin is hiring a Fast-Track Manager in Training to develop leadership skills and help us create smiles and lifetime customers. You’ll be coached and promoted through our growth tracks.

The role offers $47,000–$63,000 per year with incentive pay, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, health benefits, a 401K match, and daily pay options, plus robust training and clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Hustle with urgency and maintain safety awareness.
• Able to lift/move minimum 25 pounds and handle moving parts.
