Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. invites candidates to join its Management Trainee Program. This 24-week, hands-on experience exposes trainees to all areas of operations, builds leadership skills, and prepares them for future management roles within the company.

Participants will learn the LTL industry, gain operation experience, and develop essential leadership abilities while rotating through shifts and relocating to a service center as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.
