Job summary

Jet's Pizza is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as assistant managers. The role involves stepping in for the manager when needed, assisting with daily duties, and supporting a fast-paced restaurant environment.

We offer flexible part-time or full-time positions, with options for day or evening shifts, weekly pay, and opportunities for raises and promotions within the company. Prior pizza experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Polite, reliable, patient, hard-working and ethical.
• Pizza experience is a plus (but not required).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Food handler's certification is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills are a must!

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing duties.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Oversee the work of all staff members and manage labor.
• Take orders and process payment.
• Assist with training and mentoring new employees.
• Assist with profit and loss management by following cash control/security procedures.
• Maintain inventory.
