Money Mizer in Columbus, GA is seeking a Manager in Training to lead, coach, and mentor a team of Pawn Brokers and Sales Associates while delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.

You will drive profitability through data analysis, recruit and train staff, manage schedules, uphold store standards, and ensure compliance with ATF firearms regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
• 2+ years in a management role
• Legally authorized to handle all firearms in accordance with ATF regulations
• Knowledge of frequently pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics
• Demonstrates the ability to meet and exceed performance goals and metrics
