Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve revenue goals through strong leadership and motivation.
• Inspire and develop team members to deliver an exceptional membership experience.
• Be accountable for creating an in-club environment that drives results at the membership services desk.
• Recognize and celebrate individual and team successes.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of standard operating procedures and club policies.
• Follow up with sales leads and prospects in a timely manner.
• Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
• Promote company programs and promotions to generate new membership leads.
• Create and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for members.
• Ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
• Support a Culture of Cleanliness by reinforcing responsibility to staff.
• Perform above average on all measurable KPIs
