Workout Anytime is growing through acquisitions and developing operators from Assistant General Manager to General Manager and beyond. You will start inside a club, learning to run the entire business rather than performing only administrative tasks.

You will sell, lead, coach, and own results as you progress toward multi-club leadership, with a clear track that rewards performance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and sales ability in a performance-driven environment.
• Ability to coach, develop, and onboard staff while maintaining member experience.
• Comfort with driving KPI tracking and club-level financial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive club performance alongside General Manager.
• Manage membership sales, lead conversion, and personal training revenue.
• Lead prospecting, community outreach, and member retention efforts.
• Own daily sales targets and KPI accountability.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Maintain club cleanliness and operational standards.
• Understand and communicate the financial drivers of the business.
