84 Lumber is seeking a Manager Trainee to join our team in a full-time, entry-level role designed to prepare you for leadership within the organization. You will receive hands-on training across store operations, sales, and customer service with a focus on advancement to management.

No experience is required to begin your career at 84 Lumber. Through a structured training plan, you will learn payroll, invoicing, inventory, MS Office, and material estimation while supporting daily store

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• Physical ability to work in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is preferred.
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
