Goodwill of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, Inc. in Iron Mountain, MI invites an experienced retail leader to oversee daily store operations.

You will supervise staff, hire and train team members, manage donations processing, and ensure budgetary alignment while maintaining high customer service standards. The role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays in a community renowned for outdoor activities and local culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with coursework in marketing, accounting, management, or advertising.
• Post-high school education preferred.
• Two+ years of experience planning, reporting, and inventory control in a supervisory retail setting.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist in hiring, training, developing, supervising, and evaluating team members.
• Operating store according to budget.
• Ensuring proper handling and processing of donations.
• Scheduling staff based on customer needs, production, and store goals.
• Ordering and maintaining store supplies.
• Completing Monthly Safety Site Inspections, Incident/Accident reports, Team Meeting and Safety minutes, and other reports on a regular basis.
