Job summary

You will coordinate end‑to‑end program delivery, manage logistics for in‑person and virtual formats, and work with clients, faculty, and internal teams to ensure high standards and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least three years’ experience in a client‑facing role.
• Experience supporting professional education, leadership development, or learning programs preferred.
• Exposure to learning management systems or digital learning platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the end‑to‑end execution of leadership development programs, including plans, schedules, invoicing, contracting, and materials coordination.
• Track delivery milestones and dependencies to ensure programs are delivered on time and to plan.
• Coordinate program design meetings, logistics, and communications with clients and internal teams.
• Manage venue, hotel, and classroom logistics for in‑person programs and provide day‑to‑day delivery support.
• Coordinate virtual program delivery logistics, including session setup, participant communications, and attendance tracking.
• Build effective working relationships with clients, faculty, and internal stakeholders and understand client objectives.
