Responsibilities

Coordinate UMLTP and support EnvironMentors leadership training.
Recruit undergraduate mentors and conduct outreach with campus organizations.
Plan workshops and Reflection Circles.
Manage program communications and participant progress.
Work independently while contributing ideas to the EnvironMentors team.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
