Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering HR services including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Experience with rotational development programs, fellowships, or similar early-career programs.
• Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships.
• Experience conducting HR analytics and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns and onboarding for Fellows across rotations.
• Design rotation placements and manage agency partnerships.
• Oversee program operations and cohort experiences from start to finish.
• Provide coaching, learning development, and growth opportunities for Fellows.
• Collect data, evaluate outcomes, and shape program strategy based on workforce needs.
• Manage contracts, budget, and resources to ensure program success.
