Job summary

The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a motivated and dedicated Assistant Administrator to join our leadership team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred.
• Administrator-in-Training (AIT) experience is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Administrator with the daily operations of the facility.
• Support compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure operational excellence and quality resident care.
• Monitor key performance indicators and assist with quality improvement initiatives.
• Help oversee staffing, budgeting, customer service, and employee engagement.
• Participate in survey readiness and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture.
• Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
