Munson Healthcare in northern Michigan is seeking a visionary leader to design, launch, and lead a new Career Hub that helps employees explore opportunities, build skills, and navigate career paths. You will develop strategy, build resources, coach leaders, and partner with executives to drive engagement and measurable results across the organization.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, education, business, psychology, human resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Required Experience

• Demonstrated experience in leadership development, organizational development, learning and development, talent development or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning programs using adult learning and instructional design best practices.
• Demonstrated success facilitating classroom, virtual and large-group learning experiences with a dynamic and engaging communication style.
• Experience coaching leaders or teams and applying strong consulting, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated project and program management experience, including successful implementation of multiple complex initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.

Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella. MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
