Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is launching the Ascend Leadership Development Sales Associate program, based in the Carolinas and surrounding markets. The program blends sales, operations, and leadership training designed to accelerate your readiness for supervisory roles.

Starting with two locations and dynamic rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in sales strategy, customer engagement, and route operations while being mentored by seasoned leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field required.
• Prior sales, customer service, or leadership experience; internships welcome.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular involvement.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to obtain CDL A or B driving qualifications.
• Willingness to relocate after program completion.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a structured rotation across multiple departments to understand PBV’s sales and operations.
• Complete manager-guided curriculum to strengthen business acumen and leadership.
• Build competencies in sales strategy, customer service, route operations, product management, and commercial execution.
• Take on real supervisory responsibilities as you progress.
• Utilize tools and technologies including computers, handhelds, pallet jacks, route trucks.
• Travel across training locations up to ~30% to support learning.
