This program provides rotations across sales and operations, hands-on curriculum, and progress toward supervisory roles in NC/SC territories, with relocation and extensive development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Prior sales, customer service, or leadership experience is desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular involvement.
• Strong communication and analytical skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Engage in a structured rotation across departments to learn PBV’s sales/operations.
• Complete hands-on curriculum to strengthen business acumen and leadership.
• Build competencies in sales strategy, customer service, route operations, product management, and execution.
• Take on supervisory responsibilities as you progress in the program.
• Travel across training locations ~30% to support learning and development.
