Job summary

Chick-fil-A Kedron Village in Peachtree City, GA invites you to apply for our Career Development Program, a path to leadership and ownership opportunities within Chick-fil-A. You will learn the daily operations, receive leadership training, and grow toward owning a franchise or advancing to higher levels within our organization.

Participants complete a 2–3 year program across three development phases, gaining exposure to Human Resources, Finance, Training, Logistics, Marketing, and more, while

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced guest-focused environment (Chick-fil-A experience preferred).
• Self-directed and driven leader with respect, honesty and integrity.
• Able to adapt quickly and stay composed under pressure.
• Pursues continuous improvement and communicates clearly to motivate others.
• Willing to adapt work schedule to meet business needs.
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and values daily.
• Lead team member growth through training, coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, and development recommendations.
• Attend internal leadership development classes and opportunities.
• Create and innovate new systems and processes across business areas.
• Take ownership of your development and growth in the program.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Complete a 6-week bootcamp prior to starting the program.
