Job summary

RTX Corporation in Arlington, VA, invites you to join a Hybrid HR Rotation program designed to build future leaders. You will experience one rotation as an HR Partner and one as a member of a Community of Expertise, with frontline, hands‑on assignments.

Relocation to different RTX cities/states is required to broaden exposure and develop leadership, with emphasis on Safety, Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
  • Relevant internship/co‑op or work experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
  • Willing and able to move anywhere in the United States; experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.
  • Self‑motivated & team‑oriented; able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.
