Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Human Resources Employee Partner to join our Business Functions team in a hybrid role within the United States. You will coach frontline leaders, foster employee relations, and address complex workplace situations while ensuring fair policy application.

You will support and advance the People Strategy, lead engagement initiatives, and partner across locations to optimize employee experiences. The role requires strong HR experience and Workday proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience such as a HR Generalist or an Employee Relations Partner

  • Support RTX’s People Strategy through positive employee relations
  • Drive employee engagement strategy and monitor data and tools to proactively address engagement risks
  • Provide HR policy interpretation and ensure fair application
  • Coach and counsel leaders to develop high-performing teams, including performance coaching

What You Will Do

  • Navigate complex workplace situations between employees
  • Support leaders and employees with completion of key HR processes, such as Annual Compensation Planning, Performance Impact, Individual Development Plans, and leader training
  • Investigate HR matters objectively and drive resolution
  • Support workforce hiring, reduction, and rebalancing as required by business needs
  • Build relationships in a hybrid environment
  • Travel may be needed up to 20%
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience such as a HR Generalist or an Employee Relations Partner
Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with communication, presentation, and facilitation
  • Experience managing multiple, and often conflicting priorities, while maintaining positive relationships with customers

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
