Leadership Development Program Future General Manager

Hiring for a Prestigious Client

Relocation Required | Multiple U.S. Locations | Full Time | Onsite Only

Overview

We’re hiring high potential early career professionals with 0 to 4 years post graduation experience to join a prestigious client’s Leadership Development Program, an accelerated path to becoming a General Manager within one of the company’s high performing markets.

This unique rotational program is designed to build future business leaders. You’ll live and work in 3 to 4 different cities across the U.S., spending about three months in each location, with all travel and housing expenses covered. Along the way, you’ll master sales, operations, customer experience, and team leadership.

Upon completion, you’ll be placed in your own market to lead a team and take ownership of daily operations, sales performance, and the financial health of your market.

What You'll Do

Rotate through key functions including:

  • Apartment Setup Coordination
  • Guest Experience
  • Account Management
  • Outside Sales

Master all duties of a General Manager, including:

  • Daily operations and logistics
  • Sales leadership and pipeline management
  • Team development and performance
  • Market level financial responsibility including P&L
  • Guest satisfaction and issue resolution

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Embracing company culture and leading by example
  • Relocating every three months to a new market during the program
  • Promoting to a General Manager role and relocating again upon program completion
Who We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics, or Finance

0 to 3 years of post college work experience

Strong academic record such as Dean’s List, honors, or scholarships

Demonstrated leadership during or after college, such as:

  • Resident Assistant
  • Club Officer or Student Government
  • Sorority or Fraternity leadership including Chair, VP, or President
  • Team Captain
  • Peer Mentor
  • Campus Ambassador

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self motivated with strong organizational and multitasking ability

Comfortable managing both people and performance metrics

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Willing to relocate throughout the U.S. during and after the program

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary $72,000
