The Opportunity

As the Leadership Development: Operations and Change Management Lead, you will collaborate with stakeholders including Leadership Development Leads, EY Global, US Talent teams, and business leaders. Your role involves developing program and project management strategies, ensuring consistent messaging, and driving change initiatives to promote adoption of leadership programs. You will support team leads in strengthening EY’s leadership culture and deploying innovative development solutions that evolve over time.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of leadership development projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
  • Support development of materials and project delivery across the leadership development team.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder communication, training, and support for smooth transitions.
  • Ensure programs are adaptable to change and effectively implemented within timelines.
  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and align project goals.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Establish metrics and measurement programs for program effectiveness and project success.
  • Manage resources, including team assignments, budgets, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Support the development of leadership language and holistic offerings.
  • Align leadership initiatives with organizational goals and employee aspirations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess impact and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and develop the Leadership Development operations team and coordinate with L&D operations.
  • Work across global teams and time zones, with some travel and flexible hours.
