Role Summary
The Leadership Development: Operations and Change Management Lead will collaborate with stakeholders including Leadership Development Leads, EY Global, US Talent functions, and business leaders to develop and execute program and project management strategies, ensure consistent messaging, and lead change initiatives to promote adoption of leadership programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage planning, execution, and delivery of leadership development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Support development of materials and project delivery in collaboration with leadership teams.
- Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder communication, training, and support for smooth transitions.
- Gather requirements, manage expectations, and align stakeholders on project goals.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish metrics and measurement programs for program and project success.
- Manage resources effectively, including team, budget, and external vendors.
- Develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed.
- Support the development of leadership language and holistic offerings.
- Align leadership development initiatives with organizational goals and employee aspirations.
- Collaborate across teams to improve leadership development journeys and initiatives.
- Lead and develop the Leadership Development operations team and coordinate with L&D operations.
- Work across global teams and time zones; some travel may be required.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 in leadership development.
- Proven track record in creating and executing leadership development strategies.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and foster collaboration.
