Job summary

Sabre BTS in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Leadership Consultant to partner with leaders from top companies and shape leadership capabilities. You will design and facilitate programs, lead engagements, and help translate strategy into impactful development experiences.

You'll work in small teams, balance research with client-facing delivery, and grow BTS's practice across leadership development, alignment, and sales. A hybrid schedule applies with travel expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2–5 years in consulting, learning & development, leadership development, or a relevant industry.
Experience designing or delivering leadership programs, assessments, or executive coaching.
Some project leadership experience; client-facing work preferred.
Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Design and facilitate leadership development engagements and sessions.
Lead client interviews, workshops, and research to shape programs.
Develop customized experiences such as simulations, assessments, and digital learning.
Collaborate with BTS teams to grow the business and client impact.
Travel 30–50% on average when leading client engagements.
