Job summary

Sabre BTS is seeking a Leadership Consultant to work with leaders from global corporations. You will design and facilitate leadership experiences, conduct client interviews, and drive measurable development outcomes in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting.

This role offers a hybrid work model with in-office presence about 50% of the time and travel typically 30–50% (sometimes more or less). Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in consulting, learning & development, leadership development.
• Experience designing or delivering leadership programs, assessments, or executive coaching.
• Some project leadership experience; client-facing role preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the US permanently without sponsorship is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate leadership development experiences for client organizations.
• Interview clients, conduct research and analysis, and test programs.
• Lead engagements and manage client relationships across multiple projects.
• Grow BTS's business, identify new opportunities, and mentor other consultants.
