Beyond Powerful - LBD seeks a Leadership Development Consultant for a remote, North America–based role offering 10–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling and performance-based earnings. You’ll guide clients through structured online programs, lead discovery conversations, and participate in mentoring with senior leaders.

The position emphasizes coaching conversations, data-informed adjustments, and delivering premium leadership content with international reach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning and development, training, facilitation, coaching or organizational development
• Confident on Zoom, phone and email with people you've just met
• Based in North America with a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls
• Available a minimum of 10 hours a week, with the option to scale to full-time

Responsibilities

• Discovery conversations: speak with people who have enquired about personal or professional development and help them decide whether our programs fit their goals
• Program guidance: walk prospective clients through structured online programs and virtual learning events using approved information
• Follow-up: carry conversations through phone, Zoom and email until a clear decision is reached either way
• Campaign management: run digital advertising within a proven marketing system and read the results weekly
• Development: take part in structured mentoring and ongoing training with senior people in the organization

Leadership Development Consultant | Remote, Atlanta, GA | Part-Time or Full-Time

Remote consulting role in leadership education, for experienced learning and development, training and coaching professionals. 10 to 30 hours a week on your own schedule, performance-based earnings, structured training and mentoring from day one.

You got into learning and development because you like watching people change.

Then the job turned into LMS admin, compliance modules and a training budget that gets cut first when the quarter's tight. You build a leadership program, it runs once, the sponsor moves on. You know your workshops land. You also know how little of your week is spent running them.

We deliver personal development and leadership education through structured online programs and professional mentoring. The skills you already have translate directly: reading a room, holding a coaching conversation, knowing when someone's ready for the next step and when they're not.

What You Will Do

• Discovery conversations: speak with people who have enquired about personal or professional development and help them decide whether our programs fit their goals
• Program guidance: walk prospective clients through structured online programs and virtual learning events using approved information

Some weeks the conversations end in no and the numbers disappoint. The people who do well here treat both as feedback, the way a good facilitator treats a flat room.

What You Bring

• Development background: experience in L&D, training, facilitation, coaching, organizational development or adult education
• Coaching instinct: you ask good questions and can tell early whether someone is ready to act
• Comfortable with numbers: you're happy being measured and adjusting what you do based on results
• Coachable: you're willing to learn a proven model before you improve it
• Performance-oriented: you're comfortable with performance-based earnings and have a real interest in personal and professional development
