The opportunity

Our Leadership Development team seeks a dynamic leader for our Coaching Team, focused on leadership development by empowering individuals to meet increasing leadership challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact.

As the Leader, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders including Leadership Development Leads, EY Global, other US Talent functions, and business leaders to :

• Lead a team of coaches to serve as a holistic coaching center of excellence for our business.
• Develop and maintain a clear coaching strategy that ensures high-quality impact and meets evolving business needs, utilizing modalities such as executive coaching, group coaching, AI-supported coaching, and coaching skills development.
• Contribute to the Leadership Development philosophy and culture, deploying innovative coaching offerings that you will expand over time.
• Lead a national team of experienced coaches providing services to priority Partner populations across the US, including future leaders.
• Engage as a thought leader in coaching, staying informed of latest methodologies and strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-10 Executive Coaches as the Leadership Development Coaching COE.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders and teams, managing approximately 25% of your time.
• Deliver exceptional coaching experiences that enhance EY’s coaching brand and generate growth.
• Stay informed of coaching trends and apply them to EY’s leadership coaching practices.
• Gather feedback on coaching impact and client experience.
• Uphold ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics.
• Collaborate with the coaching team, sharing best practices and supporting team growth.
• Build strong relationships with Talent stakeholders to manage coaching demand and deployment.
• Share insights and impact themes with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver coaching events, workshops, and relevant materials.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or travel as required.
• Oversee pipeline management and resource planning, including sourcing strategies and vendor relationships.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience leading an executive coaching practice.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years coaching senior executives.
• ICF PCC credential and advanced coaching education.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Experience coaching virtually in a culturally diverse environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and foster a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Accreditation with “The Leadership Circle Profile”.
• Certification in “Immunity to Change”.
