Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Illinois (LSSI) is hiring a full-time Leadership Development Program Specialist, Monday through Friday, to design and implement competency-based leadership development initiatives across leader levels. The role analyzes talent data, coordinates program logistics, and facilitates orientation sessions to ensure effective onboarding and cultural integration.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in HR or related field, with 4+ years of program management experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• APTD or CPTD preferred.
• At least four years of program, project, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leadership development programs including onboarding and mentoring.
• Analyze talent data to evaluate offerings and identify opportunities.
• Facilitate leadership development courses and new employee orientation.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s framework.
• Collaborate to build training materials and track participation via LMS.
• Uphold professional conduct and integrity with clients and staff.
