This role includes coaching and mentoring on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion, innovation and creativity, problem solving, and time management, as well as helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy, AI automation, and team AI upskilling as these capabilities become increasingly central to effective leadership. Ideal candidates have hands-on leadership or management experience, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients navigate complex organizational challenges.
