Qualifications

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in business administration or executive support.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates routine and non-routine calendars, meetings and events for select leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timely communication.
  • Manages confidential correspondence, documents, and information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepares, reviews, and edits executive-level presentations, reports, and communications to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Liaises with senior leaders, board members, clients, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and follow-up on critical action items.
  • Tracks travel arrangements and expense reporting for executives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Implements and refines moderately complex administrative processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and consistency across executive support functions.
  • Supports onboarding and mentoring of administrative team members, sharing expertise within the team.

Drives process improvements and implements leading practices to optimize executive support and enhance team productivity. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinates routine and non-routine calendars, meetings and events for select leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timely communication. Manages confidential correspondence, documents, and information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Prepares, reviews, and edits executive-level presentations, reports, and communications to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. Education Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience:

4 - 6 years of experience in business administration, executive support, or a related field required.

Certifications and Licenses:

Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) certification preferred.
