Job summary

Montana State University is seeking a Leadership and Learning Experience Designer to turn leadership research and student learning needs into practical programs, curricula, and workshops. This hourly, non-exempt role lives in the Division of Student Success with the Leadership Institute.

The designer will collaborate with the Director to co-create retreats and events, assess outcomes, and ensure materials align with institutional priorities while advancing student learning and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, leadership studies, student affairs, instructional design)
• Experience co-designing leadership programs and workshops
• Ability to translate leadership research into usable curricula and resources
