• Collaborate with program coordinators and operations, receiving strategic direction from the Director of Operations & Engagement.

Leading Change Africa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership & Entrepreneurship Program Manager to lead the design, implementation, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our leadership and entrepreneurship programs.

About the Position

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong program-management skills with practical experience in leadership development, entrepreneurship, education, facilitation, or youth development.

The Program Manager will oversee the learning and programmatic components of LCA's leadership and entrepreneurship portfolio. This includes curriculum development and review, facilitation and, where appropriate, direct instruction, scholar engagement, mentor and volunteer management, guest-speaker integration, experiential learning, pitch preparation, alumni engagement, program evaluation, and network building.

This is not primarily a traditional teaching role. The successful candidate should be able to facilitate learning, connect scholars with practitioners and opportunities, create practical learning experiences, and continuously improve programs based on scholar needs, feedback, and outcomes.

The Program Manager will also help strengthen, scale, and expand LCA's leadership and entrepreneurship programs, contribute to program visibility and outreach, and represent LCA in selected external meetings, partnerships, events, and professional networks.

The Program Manager will work closely with program coordinators and the operational team, who provide logistical, administrative, and coordination support, while receiving strategic direction and leadership from the Director of Operations & Engagement.
