A successful Maintenance Crib Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the maintenance cribs in a safety 1st work environment. This role combines hands-on leadership, inventory management, contractor coordination, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and operational excellence are always the top priorities.
