ATI is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Leader for our facility located in Cudahy, WI. A successful Maintenance Leader is responsible for the coordination of maintenance activities in a safety-first work environment. Responsibilities include leading hourly maintenance employees as well as contractor support when applicable. Manage and administer all preventive maintenance and scheduled repairs. Comply with all relevant Environmental, Safety and Quality requirements. The Maintenance Leader will also handle overtime schedules and mentor hourly staff.
