About The Role

The Electromechanical Maintenance Lead will perform electrical repairs, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation within the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Perform major electrical repairs and installations.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and provide solutions.
  • Maintain and repair machinery and production equipment.
  • Perform emergency repairs as needed.
  • Adhere to preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Design and fabricate special items per work orders or requests.
  • Complete plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and other project work.
  • Perform tasks to improve and maintain facility appearance.
  • Prioritize and complete work orders.
  • Assist in equipment installation and custom part fabrication.
  • Order and organize materials and supplies, liaising with vendors.
  • Train and coach employees on machinery maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Technical degree in Electro-Mechanical or equivalent.
  • High school diploma.
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical prints.
  • Proficiency with tools such as drills, saws, grinders, welders.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and on rotating shifts.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Safety-conscious with alertness in a safety-sensitive environment.
