Job summary

Dotmatics seeks a Manager, Professional Services, North America to lead a technical and scientific PS team delivering complex industry solutions. You will focus on Lab Orchestration, laboratory automation, and translating scientific workflows into practical technical services.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions, Product and Engineering to ensure technically viable, scalable implementations and reusable IP.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical/scientific Professional Services teams.
• Expertise in Lab Orchestration and laboratory automation engagements.
• Ability to translate scientific workflows into implementable technical solutions.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing North America PS team.
• Provide governance for complex customer programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Drive utilisation, revenue and margin across the team.
• Shape Lab Orchestration delivery methodologies and reusable assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Legal on engagements.
