Job summary

Buckle is opening a brand new store at the Edwardsville Crossing Shopping Center in Edwardsville, Illinois, mid-October. We will hire many positions for this team and begin interviews in September.

The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks, working with the Store Manager to drive sales and build the team while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader participate in a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks including cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities.
• Works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.

The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” The LIT and Floor Leader performs a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.

Pay range: $15-$20/hr
