Job summary

Astemo Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the daily assembly department operations in Findlay, Ohio. You will establish production plans aligned with shipping times, manage changeovers with General Associates and Finished Goods, and ensure end-of-shift records are accurate.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in manufacturing, and knowledge of quality systems. You will train associates, support process improvements, and maintain a safe work environment while handling

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Regularly stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

  • Frequently bend, stoop, reach and perform repetitive motions

  • Lift, carry, push and pull materials weighing up to 55 pounds

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including chemical-resistant gloves, aprons, face shields, and safety glasses

  • Ability to distinguish colors and read gauges, meters, labels, and process documentation
