Qualifications

• Extensive IBM z/OS mainframe experience or 6+ years with a related Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience with TSO/ISPF and the LRS/VPS print products.
• Experience with IBM Tivoli Output Manager and report management.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure LRS print software on zSystem; manage VPS/DRS/VSV options.
• Configure fonts on Windows print servers used by vendors.
• Handle ServiceNow requests, incidents, and access management for TOM.
• Support Windows print server compliance updates and TOM deployments.
• Provide 24x7x365 operational support for mainframe print infra.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and analyze data.
• Evaluate trends to inform solution design for zSystem programming.
